Welcome to our campaign 'Show Us Your 22'. We request that everyone join us in some way.

Based on the fact that 22 Veterans per day take their own lives. What actions can we do as a community using the number 22 (per hour, day, week or year) to have an impact on Veteran Suicide?

Consider these possible actions (do as many as possible):

• Post Photos with the number 22.
  In it would be you, your friends, your co-workers, your church, your team, your unit...
• Thank 22 Veterans for their service this week
• Send 22 emails to raise the awareness of our mission
• Share our Facebook site with 22 friends today
• Volunteer 22 hours per month in one of our focus areas
• Run, bike or walk 22 miles
• Do 22 push ups, pull ups, set ups
• Help us locate 22 national sponsors this year
• Be contagious and find 22 others to do the above
